Nowa Huta Com­mu­nist Tour is a trav­el in time to the Cold War peri­od and life behind the Iron Cur­tain. Nowa Huta dis­trict is the best designed com­mu­nist city and the most spec­tac­u­lar Social Real­ism com­plex in the World. You will be able to learn about the his­to­ry of Sol­i­dar­i­ty move­ment in Poland, see the liv­ing head­quar­ters for Pol­ish steel work­ers and admire the unique archi­tec­ture of this “fortress city”. This area is also very famous for an amaz­ing sacral archi­tec­ture of the XIII cen­tu­ry Cys­ter­cian Abbey and The Ark of The Lord Church build in 1970’s. You will be able to vis­it the most pop­u­lar com­mu­nist din­er in Nowa Huta named “Sty­lowa”.
